Pamela Reigel

I specialize in supporting individuals and families navigating the challenges of a chronic medical or mental health diagnosis. Specific areas of experience include Type 1 Diabetes, ASD, ADHD and all neurospicy folx. I am a certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician and support individuals experiencing and recovering from narcissistic relationships. Other areas of interest include: men who “shove it all down”, therapy newbs, teachers and existential questions/crisis.

My approach to therapy is relationship based, flexible and eclectic. When you come into session, you can expect unconditional care and respect for your unique story. You are the expert on your experience and the hero of your journey. My role as your therapist is to support your healing through patience, curiosity, humility and a touch of humor. Occasionally, I like to give “homework” but it’s usually something fun like “make a playlist”,“paint a thing” or “check out this movie”.
