I provide therapy to folks in the perinatal period, anywhere from trying to conceive or adopt, all the way through one year postpartum (and beyond)! I enjoy helping birthing parents and partners feel supported in their journey to growing their family, healing from loss, or adjusting to life transitions.

I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Clinician and utilize this modality often. Resolution can occur pretty quickly with this modality, within 1-5 sessions per trauma or problem. I can’t wait to see how ART can be helpful for you!
