Jennifer believes that clients are the experts in their lives and lived experiences. Jennifer strives to create a therapeutic approach that is client-centered, compassionate and provides individualized treatment plans. Jennifer utilizes a person-centered approach. Jennifer works to create a safe atmosphere of acceptance, respect, and mutual trust to allow personal exploration and vulnerability. Jennifer seeks to focus on the clients’ strengths while providing them the tools and coping skills to lead a life they define as worth living. Jennifer’s goal as a therapist is to help her clients reduce pain and suffering and help them realize their power and the power of their choices to create a healing and fulfilling life.
