Ashley Rose Salvitti is a trauma-informed, full spectrum doula, coach, and founder of Doula Synergy, an organization transforming the way families and professionals approach perinatal loss. Her journey into the perinatal field began after the stillbirth of her daughter, Lena, in 2018. Though surrounded by compassionate providers, Ashley experienced the profound void that followed—returning home to an empty nursery, physical changes no one had prepared her for, and a flood of unanswered questions. When she became pregnant again, Ashley wore the tainted lens of loss—pregnancy was not joyful, but shadowed by fear, anxiety, and uncertainty.

Her experiences revealed the profound gaps in care for families navigating loss, particularly the need for specialized support during pregnancy after loss, and inspired her to dedicate her work to filling them. Through her 1:1 practice, Ashley Rose Doula, she provides compassionate, individualized guidance to families throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and parenting after loss. Through Doula Synergy, she envisions systemic change—creating a network that connects families and providers with trained, vetted loss doulas while offering education and resources to promote best practices in bereavement care.

A THW-certified full spectrum doula, PAIL advocate, and PSI support group facilitator, Ashley is working on completing her PMH-C certification, Stillbirthday certification, and NLP & Life Coach training. With a background in leadership and a B.A. in Studio Art from UNCG, she brings creativity, lived experience, and systemic vision to her mission of transforming how loss is supported across the perinatal continuum.
