With 33 years of experience as a registered nurse, I have dedicated my career to caring for others, supporting my colleagues, and making a meaningful difference in healthcare. My nursing journey has taken me through the Family Maternity Center, perioperative care, and nursing leadership as a Nurse Manager at an ambulatory surgery center. Today, I serve as a Senior Quality Improvement Coordinator in the Quality Management Department at Highland Hospital, where I continue to focus on improving care, promoting patient safety, and supporting excellence in healthcare.

Throughout my career, I have believed that positive energy, hard work, and dedication are essential to making a difference. I am passionate about helping others recognize their strengths, reach their potential, and be the best they can be. I value collaboration, compassion, and continuous growth, and I strive to bring kindness, purpose, and a genuine commitment to excellence to everything I do.
