Sometimes you need someone to help you do it on your own. Reading this bio means you’re still looking for the right fit, someone you click with, with whom conversation flows easily. If that’s not a crucial part of a therapeutic relationship, I don’t know what is. My breadth of experience affords me special insight into family planning, perinatal/postpartum struggles, including infertility and reproductive grief, relationship complexities, and military life.
I’m a social worker with over a decade of fieldwork experience across various populations and settings. Working together is mutually beneficial: I get to put years of schooling and experience into practice, and you get to unburden yourself and work towards improved overall wellness. Change only happens when you know something isn’t working, so let’s find out together what will. I practice out of Vermont and am also licensed in Alabama, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
