Randiesa Spires, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker, perinatal mental health specialist, and breastfeeding specialist. With over 15 years of experience in maternal and reproductive mental health, her work centers on advancing trauma-informed, equity-driven approaches to perinatal care across clinical and community settings.

Randiesa specializes in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal loss, birth and NICU-related trauma, and infertility. Her professional background includes hospital-based NICU social work, breastfeeding support after loss, and private practice psychotherapy, allowing her to support individuals and families across the full spectrum of reproductive experiences.

Through interdisciplinary collaboration with doulas, midwives, OB-GYNs, and infertility specialists, Randiesa is committed to reducing stigma, strengthening perinatal systems of care, and promoting compassionate, evidence-informed support for parents worldwide.
