Stillbirth prevention, caring for mothers and families of stillborn babies, education of clinicians

I began my career with a focus in hospice care at St. Joseph Hospital and later worked in care centers, including Catholic Eldercare and Camilia Rose, where I served as Education Director. From there, I transitioned into the field of obstetrics, ultimately becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife and practicing in a variety of settings. Since 2010, I’ve had the privilege of owning and operating a birth center.

In 2025, my grandson was born sleeping at 7 pounds, 3 ounces. That profound loss inspired me to come out of retirement and dedicate this next chapter of my life to stillbirth prevention.
