Amy Kent serves as the Director of Community Engagement for the Star Legacy Foundation, where she supports a growing network of national chapters, community champions, and dedicated volunteers. In her role, Amy works to strengthen grassroots outreach, expand awareness, and connect communities with vital resources for families impacted by pregnancy and infant loss.

Amy’s passion for this work is deeply personal. In 2011, her son Finnegan was stillborn at 38 weeks. Since then, she has been committed to honoring his memory by supporting other families navigating loss and advocating for meaningful change to help prevent it.
A proud mom to three beautiful daughters, Amy and her husband Robbie have been married since 2003. Her work is driven by love, loss, and hope—and a belief that every baby’s life matters.
